Viral syndrome: This is likely a upper respiratory viral infection in evolution. Sore throat (pharyngitis) with fever, followed by cough and other flu like symptoms. Best treatment is rest, plenty of fluids, tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for aches and fever. A decongestant and cough suppressant may be helpful when these symptoms arise. Fever: Well this is somewhat difficult as there are many possibilities. Given your age I would consider a viral illness such as the flu but many viruses can cause your symptoms. Sick: Sore throat with fever and generalized body aching - would be best to get a strepth throat test/ see medical. Consider tylenol (acetaminophen) or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Kidney stone, infect: Would be concerned about possible kidney stone or kidney infection. Also ruptured ovarian cyst would be on the short list of things to be concerned about.
