Start by making sure: That he has the funding & services he needs: ssi, medicaid, adult health & mental health services, exercise, etc i agree with a team evaluation at a specialty clinic, with neuropsychological testing, medical & neurological assessment, a genetic microarray & dna probe for fragile x (if never done), hearing & vision.
