Start by making sure: That he has the funding & services he needs: ssi, medicaid, adult health & mental health services, exercise, etc i agree with a team evaluation at a specialty clinic, with neuropsychological testing, medical & neurological assessment, a genetic microarray & dna probe for fragile x (if never done), hearing & vision. However, there are rare mosaic ds kids or kids with a variety of very tiny chromosomal defects that are not identified unless you look. Some of the symptoms sound like adhd, though he is below the age most would diagnose him with this condition.
