It is possible: Not supposed to happen but a tubal can fail, depends what type you had, i assume you did not have an in office essure tubal because with an essure you must use birth control for 3 months and then go for an xray to make sure your tubes are blocked because it takes 3 months for the tubes to become blocked with that particular method. ...Read more

Hard to say: The fetal fibrobectin test is much more predictive of the real condition, or the truth, when the test is negative, than when it is positive. A single positive ffn test result is not highly predictive of preterm labor and delivery, and since you are probably not in active labor from irregular contractions, it's hard to answer your question with confidence.
