Monitor the situatio: Infant will often have the equivalent of a wet burp in light sleep stages. This can reflect their tendency toward gastoesophageal reflux after a good feeding & is not necessarily a sign of illness. Vomiting & fever is : more likely a viral gastroenteritis, as a lactose or other complex sugar intolerance does not cause fever. If the baby is > 2 months old, is able to keep down Pedialyte, has wet diapers, is alert when awake, & feels better after the appropriate dose of Tylenol (acetaminophen) for rectal Temp > 100.4, letting him sleep is okay. ...Read more

Let her rest!!: The body might be more inclined to feel better after a nice nap than multiple dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) ! let her immune system fight it off and both of you come out a winner! regards! ...Read more

No, but you should: have your pediatrician check the baby out if it's lasted for more than a few days after (s)he developed the rash of Fifth Disease.
