A week and half ago doc measured baby at 33 weeks 6 days. Ultrasound shows 3 days ago 33 3 days. Is baby growing?
Hard to say...: Ultrasound measurements for growth in the third trimester can be off as much as 3 weeks. A week-and-a-half isn't enough time to notice a large change in the baby's growth and results can be confusing. It may not be possible to know for certain if the baby is growing in this short time-frame. You may need additional ultrasounds to know if the baby is growing appropriately or not. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

My baby is gaining weight but dropping percentiles. 75th percentile at birth and is now 10th-25th at 4 months. Fully breastfed. Does he need formula?
Dropping percentile: His weight gain may not be adequate. He should be gaining about 800-900 grams/month (around 1.5 to 2 lbs). If he's dropping his percentiles, then he's not gaining enough. Breastfeeding is a great way to feed your baby, but some women need to be coached how to do it correctly. All of our children were breastfed exclusively and did well.
