Depends: I don't know your age or overall health, but it seems you are basically healthy. There are a few things you should consider. One, is a test for your thyroid funciton. A simple blood test could give you the answer. Medications? These can do the same. Do you snore? Sleep apnea can be insidious! Sleep zzz: The best way to get on a "normal" sleep schedule is to have a standard wake time, avoid naps. Go to bed only when you're tired. If you can't fall asleep within 20mins, get out of bed until you're tired again. Avoid substances that impact sleep, like alcohol. Why have I been tired my whole life? I even did speed to function. Now sober, it back to constant sleep. Vitamins, eat well, bloodwork/levels normal.

BMI?: There is a wide differential dx of possibilities from thyroid to medication effect.
