Ultrasound: First question, why US at 35 weeks? Have there been problems with pregnancy? This is not uncommon and not real risk for child at this point. Not much room in there at this point to move around. At delivery very common to find cord around neck. Usually very easy to deal with. I would not worry. Hope this helps. Doubtful: I doubt the enlarged lymph node is related to the infected pilonidal cyst. This should be evaluated by a physician to ensure that this is a lymph node and not an inguinal hernia and if the enlarged lymph node has been present for more than a couple of weeks or if there are other enlarged lymph glands blood work and biopsy of that inguinal mass may be advised. ...Read more
