Baby Suddenly Start Crying And Cant Breath
As I lay down to sleep and my breathing slows, my breathing stops and I immediately wake up and frantically start breathing again. What's happening?
2yo baby, almost every night she like talking in her sleep and sometimes get up and crying. After i calm her down she can continue sleep. What happen?
Sleep disturbance: Children's brains remain very active during their sleep cycles and it is theorized that when in dreams they unaware it's a dream - more real to them. Many children can have variations of these night time awakenings and often appear awake when they are not. Stressful for the adult but most children wake up refreshed.
