Infant reflux: This is actually a very common condition, but rarely is it really a problem. Infants are prone to spitting up like this - they eat a liquid diet, are laying down a lot, and have underdeveloped valves that help keep the stomach contents from coming back up again. All of these things improve with time. The more important question is whether he is growing and gaining weight. If he is, don't worry!

You decide: You can wear a hat, style longish hair to cover it, shave the rest of your hair, decide you like it and tell everybody 'This is where I tipped over a drum of sulfuric acid' or whatever, ask a specialist about hair transplant, and/or give yourself the best gift you possibly can -- focus on fitness (95% of any guy's looks) and being a nice guy and most folks will decide the spot is 'way cool.'

My daughter has a lose baby tooth that is stuck forward but won't come out. I'm worried if she falls over it spill go through her lip?

Pediatric Dentist: See a pediatric dentist. The primary tooth may in fact be keeping the permanent tooth from erupting into the proper position. Probably better off to have the primary tooth extracted.

What it means in HSG test results? Small restricted spill on the left side but no spill was seen on the right side.

"Left out": Your left tube is barely allowing any flow and your right Fallopian tube is closed. This scenario means you may be "left out" in attempting future pregnancy tries without IVF assistance.

No free peritoneal spill /loculated spill is noted on either side means..

Type of test: It sounds like you might be referring to an HSG Xray. You did not list what time of radiology study you had done. Consider contacting the physician who ordered this test for you. They will need to go over and explain your results.

It means: That your "tubes" are OPEN and eggs can pass down (to be fertilized)! In other words. NORMAL findings! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z

Heard you should order sugarfree soda on airplanes (less sticky if kids spill). Are sugar replacements ok for kids?

Heard you should order sugarfree soda on airplanes (less sticky if kids spill). Are sugar replacements ok for kids?

WATER best! ;): Sugar replacements, in common sense amounts, should be fine, but good ol' water best in this age of too much sugar and other refined carbohydrates.

How common is it to spill protein in your urine for days after a workout?

How common is it to spill protein in your urine for days after a workout?

Small amounts nl: Many athletes have trace or 1+ protein in urine. It has to do with muscle cell metabolism and breakdown during exercise, especially if very vigorous or harder than usual exercise. A good trick is to check a first morning urine - that should have less protein and if so, then the protein showing up in your urine is probably not a big deal. Just discuss with your doc at nest visit, but wouldn't worry.

How can I heck for condom break/ tear and spill after use? If semen stays in -> means it's ok? Why do ppl get PG even when condom doesn't break?

How can I heck for condom break/ tear and spill after use? If semen stays in -> means it's ok? Why do ppl get PG even when condom doesn't break?

Condom use.: Easy check for condom leak: blow into the open end and tie off like a balloon. If it stays inflated it's OK. Pregnancy happens if condom is used incorrectly. If condom is taken off and put back on during use. Or condom is loose fitting and slips off during intercourse. Or the reservoir tip is not pinched so that semen leaks back along the base of the condom. Watch condom use videos for more info.

My HSG Dr told me that my partially blocked tube with small restricted spill at the end can be treated/cured. How my tube can be treated/cured?

Many possibilities: There are multiple options. Sometimes the HSG alone will open the tubes. Some physicians will perform surgery on the tubes and others will recommend bypassing the tubes with in vitro fertilization. I recommend you speak with your doctor specifically about what they may recommend

Every 1st Sunday of the month I take communion. I can't hold a cup without shaking and spilling it. Embarrassing. I take propanolol. It's not working.

Every 1st Sunday of the month I take communion. I can't hold a cup without shaking and spilling it. Embarrassing. I take propanolol. It's not working.

2 issues: The 1st issue: you need not hold the cup. (I'm Catholic and know that) the priest will hold the cup for you or you can wait and dip your wafer in the wine.) 2nd issue: you have movement disorder that needs diagnosed. Propranolol helps familial tremor but cerebellar dysfunction, parkinsons disease, extra-pyramidal dysfunction, weakness all may be factors. Management hinges on correct diagnosis

What happens if you accidentally spill capsaicin on broken skin or a wound?

What happens if you accidentally spill capsaicin on broken skin or a wound?

Capsaicin: If you haven't stopped screaming from pain yet then it probably was not capsaicin. This compound is an irritant to human tissues especially mucous membranes. Rinsing with copious amounts of water under a running faucet is one way to dilute the exposure.
