Mgt: I agree that she should be seen. She probably had an apneic episode and then woke up. It is better not to sleep with her, particularly if she has a history of apnea. She should sleep on her back and without any extra pillows, bedding surrounding her head, nose and mouth. ...Read more

Yes: It may resolve as the lung disease improves, and if there is no other cause for the pulmonary hypertension such a cardiac disease. Your physician will continue to re assess with cardiac echocardiography which can determine parameters related to pulmonary hypertension.
