Can  i wash, dry, then apply pure cornstarch to my baby's neck to help with rash?

Why: Cornstarch may or may not help with the problem. As a drying agent it does seem to help some, yet it is easily broken down by skin bacteria & provides a bit of nourishment. Cleaning the area & blowing it dry with a hair dryer on a no heat setting can help with those raw skin folds. ...Read more
