My baby has red bumps all over face and body, they look like pimples. He is 8 weeks old. What could this be?

Hemangiomas?: It is difficult to tell what your baby has without further detail/exam, but my suspicion is that he/she has some hemangiomas (collection of blood vessels). They often can enlarge/more numerous during the first year or so and slowly subside, often completely gone by 5 yrs of age.
