Which sonogram is more accurate? 1st sono measured baby at 7 weeks. 5wks later,2nd sono baby measured 13 weeks,it changed my due date by a week.
DID YOU ASK YOUR OB?: Standard of care to get checked every week to make sure you and the baby are ok because if anything is going on that your doc does not like then you need to be delivered so nothing bad happens to you or your unborn child, esp if you are 48 , if you were my pt you would not be allowed to go past your due date because too many bad things can happen and nature does not always work right ! ...Read more
If baby measures 10 days ahead than the LMP, then how many weeks pregnant i am? Weeks after LMP or the amount of week baby measures?
Depends: In the first trimester if the LMP and US differ by 7 or more days then we usually use the US. Second trimester may be off by as much as 14 days before changing the due date and the third trimester is very inaccurate.
