If I am breast feeding and have severe cough and runny nose does this affects my 3 week infant? I am also giving her formula bottle .
Does an infant with a staccato cough coughs a lot during a day or it can happen just once a day? Does the baby coughs a lot and always or?
Not much...: Cough and cold medications are no longer available for children under the age of 4 yrs. Most were not very helpful anyways. For kids over 1 yr old, a spoonful of honey works well to quell the tickle in your throat effect of a cold. Hot steam, like sitting in a shower, can get snot to drain out and thus decrease coughing.
