Tough word - normal: Being thin and tall is perfectly fine if the child is growing along their growth curves normally. Make sure your pediatrician or FP doctor is measuring height and weight and plotting them on a growth curve. Which means he is growing very well and he is proportional as far as weight and height are concerned. If the parents are big and tall as well then this is the best growth for him.
