Baby Breast Feeding Will Affect Sex
Why can't i smoke when i'm breast-feeding? I see many mothers do it and their babies turn out to be fine, will i hurt my baby
Yes: Start with an increased risk of sudden infant death syndrome, add 2-3x incerase in bronchitis& ear infections & other respiratory issues. Add decreased growth & exposure to nicotine in the milk, short of this you will teach this child to smoke as an adult. I am not aware of any health benefits of smoking to you or your child. At least you are breast feeding, thats good. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Baby vomiting: If you baby is really vomiting as opposed to spit up all the time then you should bring him/her to the doctor. At this point in life, the kneecaps are made of a cartilaginous material. The growth centers surrounding the kneecap form late in developmental life in utero and may not appear until just before or just after the infant is born. ...Read more

My baby is 11 mo. Old and losing interest in breast feeding. I nursed my first 2 babies until 18 mo. What are some reasons she is losing interest?
Less needy: Bf is a combination of nutrition & personal intimacy which solidifies the bond between mother & kid. Some kids are pre- wired to be less needy & more interested in exploring the world than cuddling. If baby is only feeding for 5-10 minutes/side & squirming to get off, they may be ready to wean.Get ready to check the locks & get new running shoes, this kid may keep you busy. ...Read more

Not exactly: Breastmilk is notoriously low in iron, even if you take supplements. Similarly, although breastmilk is usually hight in calcium, the concentration of calcium in breastmilk is not really related to your calcium consumption.
