Complicated answer: There is no definitive test for lupus. There is the "ana test" which is positive in all patients with lupus, but is also positive in some healthy people. So if you test positive, all this tells me is that you may have lupus, but doesn't nail the diagnosis. I focus more on the symptoms that you have.
