Yes: All of those symptoms can be attributed to vitamin B12 deficiency. With the exception of the rash and spots they are classic signs of this problem. Can you clarify?: B12 deficiency can cause all sorts of neurological symptoms including problems with memory and focus; and so can a head injury.
