Unknown &controversy: There is not enough science to answer this definitively. I think yes. One of the best studies was done by abam hoffer md who showed dramatic increases in survival in cancer patients who took high doses of b complex, beta carotene, e, c, selenium & zinc. R u zinc deficient?: Often if someone is supplementing with zinc, they need to see what their copper levels are too, since copper is supplemented at 1/10 the dose of zinc, and often what you find in your multivitamin can be sufficient. That goes along with B vitamins. So, there shouldn't be a problem if taking them together too. Have a SpectraCell micronutrient panel done to see if you need all that zinc first. ...Read more

Possibly if early: First, you say you don't know if you're pregnant. If you are late for your period take a home pregnancy test to find out. There are reports that 500 mg of Ascorbic Acid without bioflavinoids every hour (including waking a couple times at nite) is often effective if done within 4 weeks of conception. Not likely . . .: Unfortunately, there are no published peer-reviewed randomized controlled human studies demonstrating any increase in testosterone just by taking b vitamin complex and/or zinc, as much as dietary supplement manufacturers claim & market. Careful!: Ampho b is a strong anti-fungal with many potential side effects. In med school microbiology, we called it 'ampho-terrible b' i recommend you talk with your gyn or an infectious disease specialist or dermatologist about finding some alternative treatments.
