I have azithrimycin 250mg for a sinus infection, it doesn't say when I should take it (ex:every 12 hours) just says once a day. Does it matter the time?
Pick one and stick!: The actual time of day that you take a daily med usually does not matter (unless you get an unpleasant side effect after taking that med). Just try to take the medicine around the same time every day. Make sure to finish all antibiotics even if you are feeling better. Also follow instructions in regards to taking them with or without food. Call your doctor if you get a rash, or any other se's. ...Read more
I am traveling and believe I caught chlamidyia or gonorrhea. I took 1500mg of azithrimycin and 2000mg of cipro (ciprofloxacin). Should this eliminate the problem?

Over the counter cough and cold meds like Coricidin use a shotgun approach combining several medications that don't even work. Usual ingredients: acetaminophen (does work for pain and fever), Dextromethorphan for cough (ineffective), Anti-Histamines (ineffective) and Pseudo ephedrine decongestant (Nasal sprays work much better)
Most sinusitis and bronchitis are Viral. WON'T be helped by antibiotics. ...Read more

Rectal chlamydia: In animals, azithromycin works less well against chlamydia in the gastrointestinal tract than in the genital tract.
