None: There is no "home made" remedy. Most likely it is genetic. You may need cosmetic surgery.

Lower lid bleph: A lower lid blpahroplasty cannot rid the dark circles under your eyes completely. There may be some improvement with removal of the "bags" as there is less shadowing.See 4 more doctor answers
Dark circles: Under the eyes are difficult to irradicate completely. They're usually associated with eye fatigue or aging changes of the lids. There are some creams and lasers which sometimes help but not consistently. Discuss this with an ophthalmologist or dermatologist.
Cold compresses: Cold compress may help with festoons, but fat prolapse and hollowing are a surgical problem.See 2 more doctor answers
Sleep more: Usually bags under the eyes are caused by not enough sleep. A few days of extra rest should cure it. Sometimes, allergies can cause puffiness. Over the counter allergy tablets help. Are there any medicine available for anhurism (maculopathy) and floaters of eye in Ayurveda / homeo?
Floaters: Any new onset of floaters should be checked by an ophthalmologist to rule out retinal problems such as retinal tear / detachment. Floaters are usually physical particles within the vitreous of the eye, and no consumed medication or food will help them to clear, only time alone. I am not sure of the aneurysm maculopathy you refer to (diabetic?). This requires treatment of the underlying condition.See 1 more doctor answer
Dangerous: Since there is no control over what is in ayurvedic medications, it is not unusual that they may cause unpleasant or even dangerous side-effects. One study of these medications showed toxic levels of heavy metals. Do yourself a favor and do not take these. Natural does not mean healthy.

See eye doctor: You can always I see an eye doctor to be further evaluated. Contact pcp first, so that they are aware of your concerns, and it can be documented in your chart.
Eye blood vessels: Gradually become more prominent as we age. They are affected by environmental factors such as smoking, sunlight exposure, dry eyes, the type of work you do, etc. There are some "get the red out" drops which will temporarily shrink the vessels, but these are not supposed to be used on a regular basis. Try changing your habits to help reduce the size of these vessels.
Prob not: Certain disease like grave's eye disease can cause eye to bulge, as well as some orbital tumors. If this is something new, I would see an eyemd.
