I woke up this morning with swelling in only my right hand and fingers along with my face and lips feel puffy too. no Pain just tight when making a fist. Have had sle and ra for 23 years now.

Should be OK: We used think that knuckle-cracking is bad and one may develop arthritis..There is no such evidence.
