Awake Hour Sleep
I'm exhausted after a few hours of being awake. I sleep 7+ hours per night, uninterrupted, no snoring, no apnea. Not dieting, no exercise, bmi=19.5?
Quality of sleep?: How do you know if you don't have a sleep problem ? 30 hours - yikes !: Are your hyped up? If so, try something to de-stress like deep breathing exercises. If you have cyclic problems with marked changes in mood energy level- then please notify your doctor. Keep bedroom dark & cool. Turn off tv. Sleep disorder: Even if you are underestimating the amount and quality of sleep you've been getting - it is definitely not enough. You really should see a doctor for a referral to a sleep disorder clinic or go directly. This is not likely to resolve itself and your body, emotions & mental functions can suffer all sorts of damage. Get an eval and treatment asap. Even after a good 8 hours sleep I am still tired during the day. How can I feel more awake and active during my day?
