Industrial degreaser got on my skin and still burns 10 hours later. rinsed for 30 and washed multiple times, seems to very slowly eat away at the skin?

My cartilage is slightly deformed due from an industrial piercing. Is there a way to reshape it an close the hole myself or do I have to have surgery?

Surgery.: Unfortunately, the only way to re-seal the hole or piercing is to have it surgically removed and then re-sutured together.
