For an ovulation of 8/18, and therefore a conception date shortly thereafter, you're measurements are right on, and your HCG is correlating perfectly with these numbers. Generally not: If your HCG is doubling and the sac is approx. Consistent with your dates, chances are that you do not have a blighted ovum - could be a normal pregnancy.
