Hepatitis-needs eval: By definition, you have hepatitis. Do you know if your liver enzymes were elevated before taking the medication? Why did the doctor give you Avelox (moxifloxacin)? It's possible you did not need the Avelox at all, since that medicine is used for bacterial infections. Usually in 2-3 days: Avelox has a half-life of about 12 hours (taken orally, 15hrs in IV form)--this means in 12 hours, 1/2 of what you took into your body is gone.
