Cephalexin?: I've not heard of "cheplixen", can't find it on line. Do you mean the antibiotic cephalexin? If so, you're actually now taking the normal amount. Cephalexin is usually prescribed in a dose of 500 mg 4 times daily. For sure it won't hurt anything. But contact the doctor's office where it was prescribed.
