Both: Depends on the underlying reason for the anger. Could be from depression, concussions, personality conflicts, amongst other things. Many times a combination of medications & therapy works best. First you need a good evaluation to figure out what's going on. ...Read more

No. It isn't normal: or professional. While your therapist may disagree with you on how you're dealing with your emotional issues, s/he should NOT be adding to them by looking down on you. Therapists are obligated to get information about you but shouldn't be doing so in a way that makes you feel bad. Tell your therapist how you feel. If s/he can't or won't respond to your satisfaction, get a new therapist. ...Read more
