Depends: Constant diarrhea means different things to different people. Pudding-constancy stools 2-3 times a day can be normal. Watery stools multiple times per day is not. Diarrhea alone in a 9 month old should simply result in a need for hydration, but high fevers should require an assessment by a pediatrician for serious systemic illness with GI symptoms. Hard to: say. Need more information...Is baby still breast fed/formula?? Recent vaccination?? Change in diet very common reason for diarrhea..
