Ate Toxic Fruit
Ate granola bars w/ brown rice syrup daily (sometimes 2/day) including when pregnant. Worried about arsenic (also ate cereal with rice daily).?

For the most part i would not worry especially for an adult, unless rice intake was much, much greater than described. To lessen exposure:rinse rice thoroughly before cooking, be sure water supply levels are low, cook/drain like pasta(^ parts to 1 water to rice), or use basmati or jasmine rice. ...Read more

I would be worried about underlying anxierty/control issues if eating every hour would become one of my patient's priorities in life, and want to investigate further into why that patient would even want to try such a thing. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
