Babies that are on a bottle feeding aren't stronger? Aren't healthier? Im bottle feeding should I be worry or feel guilty?

Various opinions: Some believe nipple confusion is the main problem switching back and forth in feeding method. Babies have to put a little more work into getting the milk to drop down from the breast vs suckling a bottle.
