No.: That's the worst excuse for not dieting that i've ever heard. Your skin doesn't get thinner when you lose weight, the fat layer underneath it does. And even if it did, the health benefits of losing excess weight far exceed any conceivable cosmetic concerns. ...Read more

Skin: As we get older the skin loses it's elasticity(what keeps the skin tight). When we have a large weight loss, the skin may not be able to contract back to it's original state.
