I am easy to faint all my life.Dr.'s have said vasovagal syncope, postural hypotension. They say eat salt.Is there any otther recourse?

Several: Drink plenty of fluids and avoid standing up quickly. If the salt and fluids don't help a medication called Florinef (fludrocortisone) can sometimes help quite a bit. In addition, it would be helpful to start seeing a therapist to discuss better ways of coping with your anxiety. Monitor your overall health as well. ...Read more
