U need 2 check : That bilateral hip pain by a physical exam & x-rays of ur hips. U may suffer from bilateral hip arthritis, even though u r young, u need 2 rule that out. No MRI or ct scan but x-rays. Ask ur doc 4 ibuprofen, avoid "painkillers" like vicodin, etc. No physical therapy before u know what going on with ur hips. Losing weight and swimming would b great.
