Is it necessary to treat an asymptomatic vaginal yeast infection? Doc looked at discharge, said there was a "little" yeast. Not bothering me tho.

Yeast and oral sex: It would be very unlikely that by receiving oral sex that you would transmit a yeast infection to your partner and cause thrush. Saliva will generally prevent something like that and thrush generally occurs in immuno compromised people.
