Had a HA for 2 days. Starts @ the base of skull and radiates up to eyebrow. Previous hx of migraine HA but this one is unusual. Should I be examined?

Noticed a small lima bean shaped lump on the base of my skull on the back of my neck on the left side. No pain or any symptoms.
Afraid skull's coming apart or growing tumors around temporalis. Dr says i'm just anxious/noticing asymmetrical bumps/cracks/dents. Always tender. Cracks are small, but feel deep. Bump's above ear.
