Not here: My smaller community is distant from any academic medical center and the process is not as active. I did see the process destroy the private medical community in galveston after i left. A lot of "partnering" is pushed locally by the two local hospitals within their selected referral destinations. Nurseries and wards have hot lines to the referral hospitals. ...Read more
