Panniculitis/Pernio: You may have a special kind of Chillblains that attack the Fatty tissue of outer thighs&arms, low abdomen, chin, in people with extra weight during the cold days of winter when not very well covered, or if left moist. Sneddon not likely: Often a family history of livedo r. and stroke if Sneddon. Antiphospholipid antibody may be positive if Sneddon, so if concerned this might be checked. Usually livedo r. cause is not found, and not associated with more severe illness. ...Read more

May not be: What needs to be known is why you have livedo reticularis and raynauds. Calf cramping can be due to many reasons as well as vascular issues which you may have. Your physician would be able to clarify this or may send you to a Rheumatologist to help clarify thr diagnosis and the reason for cramping. ...Read more
