Happiness comes from: accepting oneself as unique and special and how we can share our talents with others rather than expecting others to make us happy. Talk with your PCP who may assess you for depression and make referral for therapy. Your school may have a counselor. it is easier to make friends in small group activities in school or volunteer in your community. Avoid street drugs, tobacco and alcohol. ...Read more

Avoid wheat: Check out dr. Davis and his information about modern wheat. It makes us it on an average 400 cal more per day and is toxic to our gut. It also increases mental dysfunction. Be aware that wheat is in everything, from canned soup to salad dressing so it is not easy to eliminate. Eat "single" foods such as avocado, nuts, organic meats and legumes.
