I have chronic anxiety and when i just about to drift to asleep i wake gasping for air and sometimes during the day is that anxiety?

Need supervision: The only reason that I can think of for having breathing issues following wisdom teeth removal is narcotic use. If you can breathe normally and don't have any throat swelling, be careful with narcotic dosage. This can decrease your drive to breathe normally. Sleep hygiene &...: I fully agree with dr. Fowler's suggestions re: sleep hygeine. You might also consider taking 3000 mg of the Amino Acid glycine at bedtime.
