Help someone daily: I firmly believe that one of the best ways to help self-esteem is to make sure that not a day in your life passes that you do not reach out to say something kind to someone else or help someone else. I think if you start there you willl find your self-esteem will start to lift. Also make sure that you are very centered in your spirituality. Volunteering to help. Cognitive behavioral therapy can help as can most forms of psychotherapy.
