More info: Seedy stools are typical of breast fed babies. Are you breastfeeding? Yellow in the eyes is also known as jaundice and can occur in breast fed babies, but is not typical for this age. Not rare: Any secretions will color within hours due to normal bacteria living on the nasal membranes. Baby needs a good clean out with nasal saline and suction.
