I am not: Trying to discount the beneficial effects of many herbal remedies however, my opinion only, you are taking far too many of these preparations and seem to be on mostly PSYCHO-ACTIVE drugs. ..a frank discussion with your Primary Care Physician re: your present condition and perhaps a consultation with a PSYCHO-PHARMACOLOGIST is indicated!

Hard to tell: But if you suspect any of them causing your symptoms, why not stopping all of them for 2-4 weeks to see if they are indeed the culprit especially when they are not really essential to your health.
