Will Ashwagandha taken daily effect my blood work done for thyroid levels to be checked? I have Hashimotos and get routine blood work. Effect levels?
Not directly but...: Ashwagandha will not alter the accuracy of blood tests but it may improve thyroid function. The effects are usually subtle so I would not expect dramatic changes. It's wise to test levels.
