Slow marketing: I believe the reason has been somewhat slow marketing and releasing it before proving that it also has effectiveness in anxiety as well. Some of the initial side effects needs to be overcome by taking the initial starter packet and using two of them instead of one so that the upward taper occurs less aggressively. The harder it is to get patient and physician compliance, the harder it is to sell. ...Read more

Only noradrenergic antidepressant works for me, does inderal (propranolol) acts negative on noradrenergic effects of antidepressant ?At vasomotor centers.Regards.

Venlafaxine: It's not the vasomotor centers that are important in antidepressant response; it's the neuron synapses in the brain. Effexor (venlafaxine) inhibits reuptake of both serotonin and ne. Could antibiotic: Minomycin (in Australia), or minocycline hydrochloride, (prescribed as 3 month course - acne) cause suicidal tendencies/ depression?

If you have a tendency toward this sort of intense depression, it might be wise to avoid this elective medication in favor of an alternative approach. Only you and your doctor know how crucial acne Tx is for you. One ting that may help is knowing it's not a meaningful depression - just short-term chemistry. ...Read more
