Never heard that one: I don't think this is a real thing. Moderate consumption of fruit like papaya and intake of Ascorbic Acid (vitamin c) in non excessive quantities shouldn't be an issue. Probably: I'm not sure if the vitamins you are taking are specifically pre-natal vitamins; it is good they contain iron. You should compare a label of pre-natal vitamins with what you are taking to make sure they are roughly identical. Probably don't need two! The folic acid is fine.
