Couple answers:: Patanol (olopatadine) and artificial tears can be taken together but they counteract each other so it's pointless. Patanol (olopatadine) dries out your eyes, artificial tears are supposed to wet your eyes but don't work well anyway. If u have allergies and dry eyes, try a punctum plug to help your dry eyes, which helps with contacts too. Or a mild steroid drop like Alrex will treat both. But these can't be used with contacts. ...Read more
