Don't waste money: This is old-fasioned wormwood, a somewhat poisoning herb. Not surprisingly, it poisons cancer cells growing in petri dishes but beyond this, real work (animal studies) is conspicuous by its absence (I checked the NIH database). Safety of wormwood: Wormwood is an herb that is not known to have any definitely beneficial properties. It might be safe in the quantities used in supplements, but there doesn't seem to be any real reason to be trying it, and it can be dangerous if you have seizures or are taking a centrally acting medication. See doctor: When one has hay fever , one has a higher risk in developing asthma. I don't know much about smoking mugwort but combustive products tend to irritate the lungs even if you don't have asthma. In addition, there may be contaminants in the product.
