I suffered from hay fever as a child and as an adult chose to smoke mugwort and am now (2 hrs later) feeling short of breath with a very tight chest.
See doctor: When one has hay fever , one has a higher risk in developing asthma. I don't know much about smoking mugwort but combustive products tend to irritate the lungs even if you don't have asthma. In addition, there may be contaminants in the product.
