Several clinical studies suggest that when essential oils (particularly rose, lavender, and frankincense) were used by qualified midwives, pregnant women felt less anxiety and fear, had a stronger sense of well-being, and had less need for pain medications during delivery. Many women also report that peppermint oil relieves nausea and ...Read more

Different effects: Some essential oils (or aromatherapy) can be calming and reduce stress -- such as lavender and lemon balm. Others may increase alertness, such as rosemary. Often they can be mixed with neutral carrier oils and massaged into the skin; also, they can be diffused into the air. Clinical studies are mixed -- so use them if you enjoy them, but don't rely on them alone for "a cure.". ...Read more

Not good idea.: Gi upset, nausea vomiting and diarrhea from the fish oil portion. Scott's and emulsion makes this sound as though it was not a medicinal but agricultural agent.
