Arnica best before: While the evidence is not very convincing, arnica (an herbal homeopathic product) may help with swelling and bruising from surgery. It seems to work best if started before surgery or right after, so at 3 days it probably won't do a lot of good. On the other hand, it is inexpensive and probably low risk. Stop taking Arnica!!: I assume you're referring to arnica herb (http://umm.Edu/health/medical/altmed/herb/arnica). So when it comes to dietary supplements, if they bother you in some way, stop taking them. If you know that you've been taking too much arnica (or whatever else), just cut your dose.
